2020年7月26日上午，江苏天倪律师事务所涉外团队举办在宁外籍人士法律宣讲会，天倪涉外团队的王雨婷律师和陈鑫媛律师全程用英语为在宁投资、工作、生活、学习的外籍人士讲解劳务用工、婚姻家事、刑事风险等方面的法律知识。
On the morning of July 26, 2020, the foreign-related team of Jiangsu Tianni Law Firm held a legal lecture for foreigners in Nanjing, in which Tina and Dora explained in English the legal knowledge of labor, marriage and family affairs, criminal risks, etc. to foreigners who invest, work, live and study in Nanjing.
天倪涉外团队通过与外籍在宁工作人员的广泛沟通，充分获取并了解其法律诉求。通过此次活动，总结归纳外籍人士在华工作生活中所遇到的普遍问题，并给予解答，提出法律意见。
For a long time, we have received many inquiries from expats about the legal issues of working in China. In this lecture, we have summerized some of the commonly concerned questions and attempted to answer them.
在活动座谈中，参会外籍人士充分咨询了外国人在华工作的各项行政手续。他们表示，由于语言和文化壁垒，难以获取和了解相关法律法规，通常由就职企业的人力资源部门全权负责办理各项手续。
Through communication, we found that most of the administrative procedures for expats are handled directly by the human resources department of the enterprise. Due to the language and cultural barriers, it is difficult for expats to get the legal information that they want.
此次活动第三部分，我们重点宣讲了劳动法及劳动合同法部分问题，例如劳动合同拟定，劳动关系建立及解除等。参会者积极咨询了劳动合同相关条款和经济补偿规定。根据此次活动反馈，我们将在今后与外资企业合作，在企业用工劳动关系领域开展法律法规宣讲。
In the third part of the lecture, we talked about the labor contract law in the field of labor contract drafting, the establishment and dissolution of labor relationship. Attendees consulted on the labor contract's agreements and economic compensations. Based upon the above concerns, we will conduct lectures for human resources departments of foreign-funded enterprises in the field of labor relationship in the future.
