国际并购联盟总部位于欧洲，该组织建立了遍布全球的并购、融资专家团队和资源库，在全球范围内为希望通过并购与融资来创造持久价值和业务增长的、有国际视野的客户提供专业的服务和建议。
江苏天倪律师事务所涉外团队负责人张晓涛律师受邀出任国际并购联盟苏皖总部的首席代表，此举对天倪律所拓展全球企业并购融资业务提供了新的契机。
由张晓涛律师牵头、厚瓴沃特中国(HFG China)投资的国际并购联盟苏皖总部项目于2020年3月5日落地南京麒麟科创园，南京市市长韩立明出席了本次签约仪式。
